We take great pride in our miniatures and creations, but we understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines how we handle such situations to ensure transparency and fairness.


1. Order Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked. To cancel your order, simply contact us with your order details.

How to cancel:

We’ll process your refund within 7 working days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method you used during checkout.


2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, please make sure:

  • The product was purchased within the last 14 days

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging


Items That Cannot Be Returned:

Because of the handmade and personalized nature of our work, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalized miniatures

  • Items that have been used or altered after delivery

  • Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling

  • Items sold on discount or part of limited-time sales


3. How to Return a Product

If you’re returning a product, kindly send it back to the following address:

You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier service. We cannot process refunds for items lost or damaged in return transit.


4. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 7 working days

  • The refund will be made to the original payment method

  • No additional processing fees will be charged to you


5. Gift Returns

If your order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is approved. If the order was not marked as a gift, or the gift-giver had it shipped to themselves, we’ll issue the refund to the original purchaser.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

We take utmost care in packaging and shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos

  • We’ll either replace the item (if available) or issue a full refund
